×Hello Atlassian Community,
I have the following situation:
I'm working in multiple "spaces" and in each space, there is a database with a "@user" column and a "tag" column which defines if the topic is "open" or "closed"
Is there a way to create an overview for myself on my personal page, to list all the lines from the different databases where "@user"=Benjamin Fink and "tag"=open?
The goal is to create some kind of dashboard with all my open topics. What are my options?
Regards
Benjamin
Welcome @Benjamin Fink
There is a workaround, you can apply the filters for the view that you want to see. Make a blank page that will only visible to you. Then copy your filtered database view and add it to your restricted page.
Thank you for your reply. If I understand it correctly this would mean I need to add my filter to all the databases in all the spaces? If more colleagues would also create their filter like this, the list of views per database would explode I assume. If this is the case I don't think this is a suitable solution for my scenario.

That is a workaround for something that you are looking for. But, since this is not something that is suitable then the answer is no you cannot create an overview of the users.
