Cross-links in macros Spectrum Formating

Good day!
We have a Spectrum Formating macro page with many tabs. I wanted to know if it is possible to set up a link to go from one tab of this macro to another? That is, when clicked, it simply opens another SP tab in another section of the menu, for example? The anchor link is not firing.
