I can create the Excel Macro in the confluence page but it is cutting off the columns even if I do not give it a max columns. What am I missing in the set-up?
Welcome to the Community!
I can suggest you the app Elements Spreadsheet, available both on Confluence Cloud and on-premise since 2015. It's very simple to use, you can import Excel spreadsheets and work on them in Confluence. You can do all the basic stuff Excel allows you to do. Another cool thing is the ability to configure custom templates to match your company's look and feel standards.
If you need assistance or need to discuss your use case in greater details, feel free to book a time slot in my calendar, I'll be happy to help!
PS: I am the Product Manager of the app
Hi @Lynda Jachimiak,
We can also suggest trying our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Spreadsheet macro. You'll be able to import existing csv/xlsx files and continue to work with them in Confluence with all the Excel-like features.
The add-on is free for Cloud 1-10 users, otherwise you’ll get free 1-month trial.
We’ll be happy to arrange a live demo for you and your team: besides the Table Spreadsheet macro, the app provides some macros that will enhance your experience with native Confluence tables as well.
