Hello,
I wanted to upload a space from an export-file. The upload worked with no problems.
But when the confluence site lauching began it stopped at 19% with the message:
I found out that I tried to move to a page that has the same space key and the Export- Zip file is 487.401 kb (unzipped)
Can that be the reason and what can I do?

Yes that could be the reason why. I would modify the key and export/import it again.
