I wanted to import a space from a Confluence (server) Export-File our prior provider (Buchner,Germany), that discontinues the support for Confluence ("Qualitymanagement handbook"/liscense ends 31.12.2021) send us,to our new Atlassian Cloud (standard).
After uploading the zip file (480MB) and pressing the "import" button ("unzip file"),
I get the following massage:"Could not locate exportDescriptor.properties in the archive ". That happens after ca. 60% of unzipping the file.
PS on our still existing server Confluence-Page I can't find any add-ons like the Migration Assistant to move from a server to a cloud. I can search it via Marketplace and it even displays it is "pre-installed", but there are no add-ons available or downloadable on that site/space
Extract the zip file, make sure the file requested is in the base directory (not in a sub folder).
Zip the files again and attempt to reupload it.

the second image looks fine, the exportDescriptor file is in base folder. Now try zipping this entire folder and try import.
