Help in Confluence Cloud Migration

Hi, I am trying to migrate the entire confluence data from mydomain.atlassian.net (cloud) to a new mydomain.atlassian.net (cloud), and I'm having a hard trying to figure out what to do. 

I backed up the old one already, but I can't figure out how to import/restore in the new one. 

Please help.

Hi, Thanks for responding. Im unsure of what you wanted me to read there precisely. How can i install the Confluence cloud migration assistant? It only downloads as a .jar file

while the cloud version is unavailable
