hello all,
i'm just wondering how can I move my Jira from my local server to the Atlassian cloud? i've tried over and over but always miss some information and configuration....can you help me with that by explaining the step by step process please?
Hi @Douha Mhanna , welcome to the community and thanks for your question. There is an app you can install in the Jira server, the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant, that should guide you through the process for how to move to the cloud.
Jira Cloud Migration Assistant | Atlassian Marketplace
However, I think this is generally something you would have a partner help you with, depending on the complexity of your setup. You can check the Partner Directory to find someone to support you that is near to you geographically - Atlassian Partner Directory.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
Thanks for your answer...I've tried that but something wierd happens ...the logged time is missing and also some fields like (labels)...and i'm stuck...should i delete and remigrate or there's a solution for that ( i'm using tempo app on both server and cloud)?
