How do I remove a label that was spelled wrong from showing when we start to type when adding a labe

We have numerous labels that people entered that are spelled incorrectly.  ex:  Docmentation instead of Documentation.  I have fixed the wrong label on the page but if I go to add a new label anywhere and I type Doc, I see both the wrong spelled one and the correctly spelled one.  It would be so easy for users to click the incorrect spelled label and then it needs to be cleaned up again.  I am looking for a way to permanently remove the incorrectly spelled label so it does not show up in the dropdown.
