Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Been trying to add an external user to access a single Confulence Space -- but I don't see a way to do it.
I've added the (external, non google) user, and I have granted that user permission on the confluence space, but when I login as that user, absolutely nothing appears.
These steps should allow you to Restrict Access to a Specific Confluence Space to a Particular User. This is an additional reading about external user.
Thanks Abdoulaye, very helpful and worked well.

I'm running into the same issue. My external user can access JIRA, but not the Confluence Space. I don't have appropriate permissions to view the "Steps" you've listed Abdoulaye.
Thanks!
