How do I make the following settings, the default view for all users visiting the page?
Once you have embedded a roadmap into a confluence page, there is a setting to Refine Your View, where you can turn off all Completed epics.
But this setting is only for your own personal view. When other users land on my page they see both Incomplete and Completed epics. I want them to see only Incomplete epics. How do I make this setting the default view for all users?
Also, I have set my roadmap view to Weeks, but users are seeing the roadmap in Months when they land on the page. How can I make Weeks the default?
In Confluence, to make this setting the default view for all users you will need to have the filter in the URL. Sometimes when you navigate to other pages and return to the roadmap, the filter in the URL is removed, but you can still see your issues filtered because its saved in your settings.
If you want to apply the filters in the URL, re-click on the filters you want to apply and you will see it appear in your URL. Then copy and paste this URL into Confluence.
Otherwise for your above example you can try the following URL:
INSERT_YOUR_ROADMAP_URL?epic=INCOMPLETE&timeline=MONTHS
e.g. jira/software/projects/ABC/boards/26/roadmap?epic=INCOMPLETE&timeline=MONTHS
Kind regards,
Jessica

I don't think there is such customization for now. The gadget is simple to use that they should be able figure out how to filter items and view the timeline in different ranges on their own.
