I don't get email notification

While all my notification settings seem to be correct. I do not get any email notifications about confluence. Some of my colleagues are experiencing the same problem.

In this feed, there seemed to be a block on the Atlassian side.

Can you please check by publishing with version comments and then checking email manage watchers?

While you are editing the page, you have the option to publish the page with version comments. 

When you publish the page with the version comments option all the watchers of the page should get the notification, please check whether this option is working!
