Hello Everyone,

I am having problems to import a space received from an external company to our company instance of Confluence.

This is the error I get around 50% of import.

"Space MPDJ doesn't exist in the backup file"

I tried to create a space named MPDJ, then created a backup in the Backup Manager and deleted the space but same error.

If I keep the space the error is about "A space with a key MPDJ already exist"

I don't know what else to try, any idea?

Thank you

Roberto

Hi @rquartar

If you are trying to import into your server/datacenter then you have to delete that key in the database also, please see below article for more information.

Hi @sekhar reddy

Thanks for your answer, I am trying to import in a Confluence Cloud environment and even if I completely delete the space I won't be able to import the new one with this error back.
