Is there a dashboard view of all updates?

Is there a page in Confluence Cloud that provides a dashboard view of all the updates that have been made? We had a dashboard page in the server environment but haven't found the equivalent in cloud.

@Christine Green the Cloud based homepage contains a feed of all activity in Spaces you have access to within your Confluence Cloud instance. You can also get a daily email with all of the updated/created pages in these spaces.

Thank you. The user who was looking for this feed was able to create a macro that gives her the updates across space categories, my spaces, and network, so she is all set. Appreciate the help!

Sorry I can't help. I wasn't able to track down the user who reported that she'd created the macro last year.
