Is there a notification setting available to notify admin (or a user) when a public link is created?

We are analyzing if we want to begin using the public links function in Confluence.  I've read the content pages and understanding the workings.  Also have seen the information on how to audit (be it round-about) the public links.  But what about notifying when a public link is created?  Do any of you guys know if this is possible? 

As an Admin, I would like to receive a notification when a Confluence user creates a Public Link.
