Is there a track changes option (similar to MS Word)?

I am interested in developing knowledgebase articles with my group. It would be helpful for the group to make edits directly in the document while maintaining the original text in case the group does not agree with the edit like the Track Changes option in MS Word. Do you have any suggestions for how we can do something similar here?

Hello @Rebecca Vick , not exactly. All you get is the ability to view the changes between editing sessions, and you can revert to an earlier versions. But you CANNOT go change by change to accept or reject.

Typically, you would have an editor responsible for the reviewing the changes and deciding what to keep/change looking at the diff view of two editing sessions.

Hi @Rebecca Vick ,

Welcome to the community.

Every change is being tracked in Confluence.

If you check the page history, there will be all published versions. If you choose two, you cN show all changes between this two versions. You can also revert the page to an earlier version.

You can find the page history in the three dots menu -> Page history.
