As above
Thanks in advance
If this has already happened and you want to know about a specific page, then you could try asking Support to check if the logs they can access have more detail about who deleted it.
But if this is a general request about knowing who has deleted a page, then this should be possible using a custom webhook that is triggered when a page is deleted. You can actually track all changes to pages, blogs, attachments and comments if needed. However, you need to maintain the system to log the data generated by this process.

You might consider restricting the delete function to only space admin. We do that and it works well.
Thanks, Sandy

I agree - it can be worth considering this, even if deleted content ends up in the trash first it avoids confusion. In my experience there are very few occasions that content in a wiki needs to be deleted anyway.

Good idea Sandy, currently all users have access to the delete function but we have advised them to move pages that are no longer relevant into an 'Archive' section so this very much a good suggestion to put forward.
Thank you.

Hi Simon,
a space administrator can see deleted pages in the recycle bin of the space. But It is not logged, who deleted the page.
If a page is deleted from the recycle bin, there is no way to see, if that page existed before.
