Issues with Status Macro in Template

When I attempt to insert a Status Macro into a Template I'm creating, it won't insert it. Even when first setting up the Status Macro settings, it won't show a preview. If I leave my template it works fine on other pages. I can copy and paste a Status Macro into the Template, but then am unable to edit it at all. 

Anyone else have this issue?

The issue you’re reporting looks to be a defect in the product. It was reported first on December 5th 2018. You can find more about the bug at CONFCLOUD-65196.
