Jira Software Access for Confluence Software Space?

Is it necessary to have a Jira Software license in order to access a Confluence Software-Project space?

@Jesse Ortega Jr each product is separate and each one has its own licensing.

Anyone can access Confluence Project Space as long as they have permission to do so.

Ideally, you will need to give user access to the users who you want them to use Confluence but you can also make it public so anyone in the world can use your confluence.
