Move Data residency

Hello

We are useing Confluence Standard plan and we want move the data residency from GOBAL to Europe (frankfurt) How we can proceed as the button in the security tab for request change of data residency is not available anymore

That option goes away if

• You downgrade the subscription to lower than "standard" (i.e. you're on a $10 starter licence or a free one)
• You have changed residency recently (I think it's within the last year)

If you want to change it, and you are on a standard or above plan, then you'll need to raise this with Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hello Fabio

There is no possibility to request a data residency move as you can see on the screen shot. How can I request the move? Or ist it like here written actual not possible?
