No longer able to raise support request with Atlassian Support (Cloud Premium)

William Glover August 30, 2022

Dear community,

I have been trying for a week to raise support with Atlassian Support.

We have a cloud premium subscription.

However, I only receive an unspecific error message ("Something went wrong, try again").

Is anyone else seeing this issue? Can anyone give me a hint for a solution?

I tried to raise a request by sending an e-Mail to the cloud premium notification address, but this is rejected.

Kind regards from Germany

William

Hey @William Glover ,

I'm not experiencing this myself and have been raising tickets over the past few days.

Have you tried it on a different browser/network/device? Maybe your browser is blocking something.

i'll see if we can engage an Atlassian engineer here as well to see if they can confirm any ongoing issue.

Hey @Dirk Ronsmans

I tried it again just now using a different browser, and voila, it worked :)

Seems like the issue is either fixed or more likely that the problem is on my end somewhere. I will investigate further.

Thank you for your assistance and input

Kind regards from Germany

Hi William,

Sorry to hear about this problem.  I see that you recently create a support case (today).   Perhaps the source of the problem has already been resolved.

However I have reached out to my internal support team to better understand why you might have been receiving this error.

Andy
