Not able to export Space in PDF format

Hi Team,

I have created my Space and developed some pages for my use but after trying so many times the export functionality is not working for me and it got stuck at one point and never get completed.

Hi @sanjay , things to try...

  • try later
  • try a different browser 
  • Try a different space (maybe something to do with your space)

So if you create a new space and a couple of simple test pages underneath, does the export fail? I am unable to reproduce this in two different instances that I have access to.

I would say contact Atlassian support, however I see that you are on a free instance, and therefore relegated to the community for assistance.

Thanks for your concern here, I have tried to switch the plan to Standard instance and tried to export the Space in PDF format but I failed.

Also when I tried to export the Space in other format like CSV or XML is got exported within 10 seconds.

Also I have tried to export in Androd OS and with other Space as well but no luck.

If you have switched to Standard you can then reach out to Atlassian Support for assistance.

Yes and I can see the tickets are already opened for this issue as this is known issue.
I will wait for it.

This has been a known bug for some time. It was recently closed - however I'm still unable to export from my site. The most recent comment I read was that it would be rolled out to all users by May 8, so I'll log a support call again after that date if it still isn't working on my instance.

I am attempting to export a space to PDF, selecting customer export, and it seems to complete the export but fails at 99%..  saying "Unable to export PDF" ... is this the same issue they are addressing in the bug?

i am using Confluence Cloud on a premium subscription.

I just posted a comment on the recently closed bug. I have the same issue, stuck at 85%, no error, it doesn't break or fail, just stuck with the seconds constantly counting up. So if they were supposed to have released a fix, it didn't work for everyone it seems.
