Based on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-38237, shouldn't this menu be called:
"Export to .ELM file"
Also, when I look at the online help, this feature doesn't appear to be documented.
Hi @Ben Chuang,
Thanks for raising this! The ticket you linked is a bug, and the devs aren't going to update the menu to "export to EML" since that's not the intended behavior.
We don't yet have an ETA for a fix, but you can add yourself as a watcher to receive future updates.
As Dan mentioned, please vote by clicking This affects my team in the bug's right panel. This will make sure you get the latest information.
Take care,
Shannon S | Atlassian Community Support

The bug is "Assignee: Unassigned", so I assume the exporter-behavior will not be fixed.
This bug isn't even in backlog, and its sibling in Jira is in LT Backlog.
Why can't they just change the menu so the label describes what the command will actually do? if they ever fix the bug, they can change it back.

IMHO, (wow, haven't used that in awhile! :) ) it needs to get fixed to be the right Word format so regardless of what version of files you have, it can be read as a Word document.
If you haven't yet, could you vote for it? It looks like it needs a little push.
