Rename the tab 'Home' of the top menu bar

Is it possible to rename the tab Home to, for example, MyHome. Our users find the name Home confusing for something that directs to the page that shows where they can pick up where they left off. 
To make sure that you know which tab I mean: it is the Home tab just before the tabs Recent, Spaces, ...

@Peter Bettens Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

The native Confluence configuration options do not allow this. However, there are many skins and themes available from Marketplace partners that do allow an admin to change the look and feel of these tabs in Confluence that you can download and install in your instance.
