Synchrony cannot enabled

Hi

I have Confluence 8.9.8 After some reboot - i did can't edit or create pages.
Found problem with Synchrony - it was freeze.
I off Synchrony over REST command

curl -X POST --user ****:**** --header "X-Atlassian-Token: no-check" https://confluence.****/rest/synchrony-interop/disable

And now i can't enable it from REST or interface

In logs in process restart

Now i testing trial before buying license and haven't access to support
