i'm 100% sure this is a bug, i have all the permission, infact its my own personal space with only me as an admin, any workaround for this bug?, i have all the access as shown in the screenshot
@Shannon S do you have a ticket to resolve this bug? We have the same issue in our organisation. Even tho all permissions are set and the folder configs are activated some users are not able to create a folder.
Hello @Sila Asya Varisli,
Thank you for your reply. I followed up on Abdullah's support ticket from October. The problem at that time was due to a 3rd-party provider, and the issue has since been resolved.
If you're encountering a similar issue, you can raise a support ticket and we can have a look.
Thank you,

Welcome to our Community.
Creating folder in a personal space is feasible. Please check this permission
Hope it helps,
Thanks,

I can do it at my side. I didn't find any permission to control the Folder Creation. Maybe you need to ask Atlassian Support team:

Hi @Abdullah Said,
Thanks for raising this question on Community! This question has been escalated to us in Atlassian Support.
I found the support ticket you logged, and see my colleague has escalated the problem to our development team.
I'll keep an eye on that ticket to follow its progress. I hope we can find a resolution for you soon!
Take care, and I hope you have a nice day.

i'm able to resolve my issue on this account but not the other, so i really recommend to reach out their ticket support, because it's impossible to solve it by yourself since this is internal issue on their end @farah lawreview
