Where do I find the People section in Confluence?

I feel silly even asking, but for the life of me I cannot find it again.

How do I navigate to the People and Teams in Confluence?  I have created a Team so I was there at some point.  

This link did not help.  I do not have People in the sidebar.  I am the Admin.

We are on Cloud.

Hi @Angela Boston,

Select the magnifying glass search icon > select search people > and you should be in the people directory.
