I'm the account owner and an admin.  And I'm logged in.  I can successfully add shared links to the Shared Link blueprint when I am on that page in Confluence.  But the bookmarklet for Chrome throws the following error whenever I try to use it:

"You are not allowed to share on this Confluence. Click here to contact admin."

I have confirmed that I have all permissions set correctly.

Any ideas?

Hello Matt,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. It is good to have you here.

Do you have access to only one space on your Confluence site, and if so, did you add it as a favourite? If no, did you add all the spaces you can access as favourites?

If you are in one of those cases, then you are probably facing this bug reported some years ago: CONFCLOUD-54052. In fact, it is still in "Open" status, and the work around is either to give you access to another space not marked as favorite, or "unfavorite" the space you have access to (depending on the case in which you are).

I advise you to test the workaround and also vote for this issue, watch it and comment it, to try to raise the priority of this bug on Atlassian systems.

Hope this will help you.

Thanks
Boris
