"Include Page" gives "No options"

"Include Page" drop down displays "No options" in it's required field. I have all the permissions assigned to me. What do I have to do to get my other pages to show up?

I had trouble selecting the drop down and typing. After reading more community posts I tried again and got it to work.

It's not clear that you need to type a page name in. I expect to see a drop down of all my pages, but that is not the interface at all.

How did you get it to work? I'm typing page names in, and relevant items aren't coming up.
