I installed the trial for Macro Toolbox about a week ago. I have been using it well, but it suddenly stopped working today giving me the error: Unfortunately there was an error loading the Tabs Control macro. If your page has restricted access, ensure the "Macro Toolbox for Cloud" user has permission to view and then try refreshing the page.
The page is unrestricted and everyone on the server can access. When I edit-> preview the page, it shows the default Tab1, Tab2, Tab3. It is like the plug-in has stopped working altogether.
No, they are not. I deleted everything I had in the tab control, and created a blank one on the same page, and I get the same error message.
I then created a new, blank page, with just the tab control , and I get the same error message as well.
Can you try disabling the add-on and enabling it again? Sometimes that has fixed issues regarding permissions for the add-on user.

No worries, glad to hear it resolved the issue.

Hi Liam,
We're currently investigating what may have caused the issue as another customer we've had for over 6 months reported an issue as well today, although it's working again for them now. We haven't seen any issues like this since we launched the add-on.
Are the tabs working for you right now?
