Our team uses a lot of near-synonyms which will make labelling a headache. I'd like to create a template that assigns labels to pages based on drop-down menus to standardize labeling. Is this possible?

I'm afraid it's not possible to do that in current Confluence. Perhaps you could raise a feature request regarding this in our https://jira.atlassian.com. Please bear in mind on how the Implementation of New Features Policy.

Hi,

But you can control what labels are not good using {listlabels}. It will give you an index and you'll be able to find which labels are not correct.
