Strange things happen from time to time.
Today, we are at this time unable to open Confluence Pages at all. They always time out, and it's not just me, it's our complete organization.
Also, we cannot reach the Atlassian Support site - it returns a HTTP 504 upon my trying to open a session.
Opening a ticket by mail is no longer supported because Atlassian seems to need more information.
And status.atlassian.net is all in the green. I have to say, this green is absolutely not to my liking.
Atlassian - do something.
Hello y'all, repeating our messaging from our Support site to ensure everyone has updated information.
We have identified the root cause of an issue with an internal infrastructure component that has been impacting multiple Cloud products (including Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence) and customers. This issue had led to a performance impact and, in some cases, outages. We have implemented a fix to resolve the issue and recovery is in process.
Further updates will be posted to our incident report directly.

Stephen Sifers | Community Product Lead

The functionality has been re-established for us.
Hi,
On the statuspage I see there is an active incident for Confluence and Bitbucket. Probably, they will update info for JSM and JWM which also don't work properly soon. We have to wait :(

Check you can connect to the internet, then try reloading. If there's no problem with your connection, speak to your Confluence admin.
Believe me, we are connected to the internet...
And I will gladly talk to myself, the Confluence admin. One of those split personality events.
