I am unable to edit my page which I had created 2 years back, It shows me being the owner but I cannot edit or export some of the giffy images which I had created and inserted into it.
Hi @Sharma_ Navin Kumar !
If you don't mind, I'd love for you to reach out to our support team—you can email support@gliffy.com ?
One other thing that might be clarifying: are you able to edit this Confluence page at all? (Not specifically the Gliffy diagram?) I am wondering if the space or the page with your Gliffy diagram has become read only or archived.
Hope that helps!
Hi Samie,
I am not able to see the page edit button for this specific page or few other pages owned by me
however, for many other recent pages created I do see the page edit option

Sounds good, @Sharma_ Navin Kumar ! I think you should reach out to your Confluence/Atlassian admin. It seems that you lost edit access to some of these pages for some reason.
Gliffy's permissions management is to always follow the permissions set on the Confluence page where the diagram lives; this means that if you can't edit the page, you can't edit the diagram.

@Sharma_ Navin Kumar If you click the Share button on the page, you will see who can edit and who can view the page. If you are not listed as being able to edit, someone else has restricted the page so that you cannot edit it. You can contact a person that can edit the page, explain that you need to update it, and ask them to change the restrictions to allow you to edit.

Hi Barbara, When I click Share button, I see below popup
I do not see any names but it says anyone.

@Sharma_ Navin Kumar Is there a banner at the top of the page indicating that it has been archived? You cannot edit an archived page. The list of actions you can take on an archived page is at the bottom of this page: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/archive-pages/

Hi @Sharma_ Navin Kumar , thanks for your post.
Is the license still active for Gliffy? If you aren't subscribed to the app anymore, it might be that the diagrams become view-only.

If I create a new page, I am able to access the Gliffy tool and create one and also I am able to see the page edit option available for my very recent pages I have created. So from active license user, I should definitely have an active else I wouldn't have been able to use the tool for new page or edit one. I am from GE Healthcare employee, so I guess it must be enterprise level license procured by for the developer in the organization.
