Hi there,
We have realised internal staff are getting email notifications for modifications made to a space.
We have one user which we created (this uses a google group email address ID) however the notifications are not being sent to this inbox, even though this user is watching the space.
How can I get notifications working for them?
Please let me know asap.

From the label that you added to page, I can see that you're an OnDemand customer. I'd encourage you to open a support case with them: https://support.atlassian.comas this problem may rely on other function.
