User Setup in Confluence OnDemand

We are moving our Confluence site from hosted to OnDemand 5.3. Is it possible to create a file with all the user names, email addresses, passwords and import that into the OnDemand version?

That's definitely possible, to do that you'll have to follow the instructions listed on the following page: Importing Users
