Hi, for some reason - very possibly User Error on my part - I'm no longer able to see a "Page Information" on the drop-down tab in the upper right corner of any page on any space on our Confluence. Please see attached pic.
There are options which never used to be there, eg "Resolved Comments", "View in Hierarchy" and "Slack Notifications".
Has this option on the drop-down been replaced? It certainly used to be there: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/view-page-information-139408.html
Basically I am trying to identify all of the incoming links to a page and this was the previous method I used.
Many thanks
William D.
Hi William,
Apologies for the inconvenience with the missing Page Information option in the Page Menu; it is quite odd that this option is not showing up. I was able to reproduce this issue in my own Cloud Test Instance and I've created the following Bug to track this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-62767
As a workaround, you can still visit the Page Information by modifying the URL to look like:
https://instance.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewinfo.action?pageId=ID
If you have any other questions about this issue, please let me know.
Regards,
Shawn
Hi@Admin4,
Our Devs have reverted a change that hid the Page Information option from the Page menu and it's back again :D
If it's not immediately showing up, please try a hard refresh (shift + cmd/ctrl + r) or clearing your Browser Cache/Cookies; if it's still not showing, please let me know.
Regards,
Shawn
