Hi Emmanuel,
"To view Space Activity the Confluence Usage Stats system plugin must be enabled. This plugin is known to cause performance problems on large installations and in Confluence Cloud, and is disabled by default. You can log a support request to enable the plugin, but you need to be aware of the possible impact on performance."
This note was retrieved from the View Space Activity KB article.
Hope this helps you!
Cheers,
ENunes
It's not there, it's disabled because Cloud does not support it.

I agree we are currently paying over $12k a year for cloud and receive zero use stats with that package. Confluence serves as our lms amongst other things and it is really important to track engagement at the user level. Google analytics doesn't show individual user stats... Is there anything made affordable than confluence analytics that will provide something?
I read a post someone suggested to use cache usage but adding code to everyone of our pages in unfathomable.
Any alternatives would be appreciated

Hi there,
use Piwik / Matomo... combined with custom html at beginning of the body. Works pretty fine.
Best regards
Peter

Hi Emmanuel,
We've created an add-on that gives some great usage statistics in Confluence Cloud. It includes an overview of activity but also the details like who has viewed a particular page.
You can find more information here: Analytics for Confluence Cloud

Is your add-on free-ware?

Emmanuel,
There is a Google Analytics plugin that might work for you?

We are cloud based.
The plugin is extremely expensive as well. This is a core function we would argue.
Thanks
E

Hi. Thanks.
But is there any way to know if the users are actually using the viewing pages? This is a big investment and it would be good to know if it is used...
