While exporting to Word Document, the table of contents doesn't work

I am trying to export a confluence page with links to other pages. How do I retain the page links and table of contents behavior i.e that click the links or toc navigates as desired?

I am afraid this is a known bug for the, see here : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-26052

What you could do after you export the word is to use FIND+REPLACE to fix the broken links and replace the missing confluence-URL in your file. Well, just an idea.
