I just found some users in my Atlassian / Confluence User directory marked as "suspended". They all seem to have been only invited and maybe they never accessed the confluence content or did not confirm the invitation.
Is there a time span after which an invited user gets suspended? If so, how long is this time span?

There is no fixed time after which Atlassian automatically suspends invited users due to inactivity alone. If you’re seeing suspended users who never accessed your instance, it's likely due to:
Invalid email addresses
Manual suspension by an admin
Atlassian Access provisioning policies
