confluence auto save fail

confluence auto save function not working...

> publish  impossible :(

You can check the log but I'm not sure what that means.

 

confluence version : 6.15.4

Hi @내미랑다롱이랑 , 

Few things, I would suggest to check for -

  • Check whether the database used by Confluence is supported ? 
  • Is Collaborative Editing enabled? Try disabling it and validate whether the auto save(draft) pages work?
  • Enable the Collaborative Editing and check again?
  • Check on other pages/spaces ?

check Collaborative Editing and i see message that something went wrong.

 

so, Collaborative Editing function is set to be suspended and reused.
