doesn't have access to Jira on bobswift.atlassian.net

Saurya Neupane December 14, 2023

At the company I work for we are using Bobswift ACLI with python scripts to migrate our spaces from one instance of confluence to another instance. We upgraded our servers from RHEL7 to RHEL9 and now our scripts for exporting, processing, and importing are no longer working.

I need access to the bobswift.atlassian.net so i can see what packages are required so the scripts will work properly.

Please help me access to this portal so i can what i am missing

Thx,

@Saurya Neupane I suggest submitting a ticket to Appfire support (https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11) they should be able to grant you access.

Hi Saurya

I am Vivek from Appfire,

In the provided description, I notice you are referring to the old URL to access documents. Here please try to access the following URLs and let us know if you notice any issues.

Jira Command Line Interface (CLI)
Installation and Use

Regarding the query, please check the ACLI client version and make sure it is 10.4.0 and above

Here we raised an internal ticket to assist you further, if you have any further questions, you can add a comment on the ticket.

Thank you,
Vivek (Appfire)
