how can I share roadmap planner macro with external teams

[Logging Tickets and Taking Nicknames]

We would like to share the roadmap planner macro with our vendor so that we can align expectations.  Vendor does not have logins to our Confluence. Is there a way to do this.

I think Space Sync for Confluence can help you with sharing your roadmap if the vendor has its own Confluence site.

You can copy arbitrary pages to synced space even on the external site.
