how do I find our product license key?

Hi @Jerry Cook , welcome to the Community!

I'm not entirely sure what app you're looking to install. It's possible to deploy Confluence as a Server or Data Center license that runs on your own hardware, but I don't see any of those licenses on your account and believe you're subscribed to Confluence Cloud. You can also install the Atlassian Companion app which allows you to edit attachments easily and save them back to Confluence - but this only requires your site's URL <yourcompany.atlassian.com> when setting up.

If you have a screenshot or link to something you downloaded, that will help track down what the app you mentioned is after.
