Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I am trying to disable a global page template as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/administering-site-templates-724765508.html. I only see edit or delete for page templates. I have checked permissions and groups and can't figure it out. I see "Disable" for global space blueprints, but not for page templates. Any help is appreciated.
Hi John,
Confluence does not currently allow us to disable User Created Global Page Templates. I've created the following Feature Request to see if such an option could be added so that you could disable User Created Global Page Templates at a per Space level: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-63080
I've linked this post to the Feature Request, however if you have any other feedback, I would ask that you include it on the Feature Request ticket as it'll help to influence the decisions our Developers and Product Managers make on which new features to implement.
If you have any other questions about this, please let me know.
Cheers,
Shawn
