page labels are not updating even though page shows the label.

Page labels are not updating even though the page shows the label. It's visible on the screen. But when going to the label page (/wiki/label/US/helloworld) - corresponding page is not visible. 

As the page label is not updating, expected data is not displaying within the page properties report macro. This was working and realized it's not anymore - as we started creating new pages. We identified the problem being the labels.

Any ideas on how this can be resolved?

(note: page properties and page properties report is already in use).

republishing pages with associated labels after 48 hours resolved the issue.
