set email address per space

Hello

Is it possible to specify within a confluence page that if there is a change there should be a notification to a certain email address (central)

and where can I do this as admin of the space

If this is the email address of an actual person, he/she can set himself/herself as a watcher of the space. See this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/watch-pages-spaces-and-blogs/

If you have Confluence Premium, you could user Confluence Automation

Hi thanks for your reply, it is not user specific but an email address of a department or a group, I know it can be done with automation but we have the standard version

If you can provide this email address with a Confluence account, as a space admin, you can add it as a watcher of a space or page. See this documentation - Manage watchers
