The user <fonywong@cargofe.com> would like to login / create a new account.
While create a new account - it pops up is an existing account already
While try to login - with reset password link, her email account did not receive any related email.
Also check with mail audit logs and confirm no email from Confluence or Atlassian ever arrives on server at all. Can you please take a look and assist ?

My guess is that your company manages the accounts. If you login to Atlassian using a company managed account you will need to work with your IT team to get your password changed. If that is not the case I can help escalate this to Atlassian.
Thanks Brant, I found that is funny, I can access and auto login to Jira using Edge but not Chrome.
But still as long as it able to access then is fine :>
