Reminder of Confluence event can't be set as Alert in Outlook

We have been using Confluence Server 5.10.8 and Outlook 2016 here.

Create an event with reminder (e.g. 15min before) on Confluence and

include link if the .ics file into Outlook 2016. Before 15 min of the created event,

a reminder can be sent to Outlook 2016, but a pop up can't be displayed.

According to check contents in the .ics file, VALARM setting isn't defined

and remind date isn't set as Alert on Outlook 2016. Is this current expected

behavior or a known bug? If a known bug, please let me know the link the bug ticket.
