Replace jira macro domains?

Kean Erickson November 30, 2020

Hello, I have a document with a ton of jira macros for issue counts. We recently migrated subdomains on the cloud service, so all the macros now just say "Authenticate to see issue details".

Is there any way for me to fix the subdomain for every jira macro in the document?

Hello @Kean Erickson !

As I understand, your domain URL has been changed as in what is described here:

With this in mind, please allow me to ask you a few questions:

  1. Is this affecting newly create Jira Issues macros?
  2. What happens if you copy the page with affected macros?
  3. What happens if you try to edit the affected macros?

Other than replacing the macros manually, I believe you may need to contact your Site Admin so the Admin can contact Atlassian Support for further assistance with this behavior:

Let us hear from you!

Thank you for the reply, it seems to have been an authentication issue with jira. The macros are loading properly now.
