Resizing table columns faster than mouse

I don't know if it's just me but every time I resize a table column width by dragging it with the mouse, the size change is greatly faster than the mouse. 

Here is a screen capture of it happening.

I'm moving slowly here but normally when I go to resize them I forget that confluence does this and it always just pushes the width the entire length of where I was moving it torwards.

This does not happen for me. Can you check if it happens with different browser?

Happens on every browser I have tried (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and on multiple different computers, both within our work VPN and outside of it.

Guess it could be a site level setting?
