Resolution time graph does not show data

Carmen Rosa Ussi October 11, 2019

I am trying to generate a resolution time graph, but I am not sure why it is not displaying any data for the current month.

Let's go right to the example.

Here you can see how graph is displayed empty.

Configuration

It should not be empty, as the query returns data (when you click on the 'issues' under the graph, it takes you to the query results, and there is even data for today).

Hi Carmen,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

This graph shows the information on how many days it took to resolve the issue.

The link that shows under the graph will redirect to the project and will show all the tickets, so that's correct behavior.

If you and your team resolve an issue on the same day, it will probably won't show any information because it didn't take even 1 day to resolve.
